Account deletion request

If you want to delete your Deutsch mit Suliman account and associated personal data, you can request deletion by:

Logging in to your account and opening a support ticket with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Or sending an email from your registered email address to: info@deutsch-mit-suliman.com

Please include:

Your full name
Your registered email address
A clear request to delete your account

What data will be deleted or anonymized

Your user account profile
Login-related account data
Course access data where deletion is legally possible
Learning progress, attempts, vocabulary progress and similar learning activity
Support messages and communication data where deletion is legally possible

What data may be retained

Some data may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate reasons, including:

invoices and accounting records
payment and transaction records
tax and commercial records
fraud prevention, security logs or abuse-prevention records
records needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

Retention period

Where retention is legally required, data may be kept for the statutory retention periods required under applicable German and EU law, especially tax and commercial law. After the applicable retention period expires, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

We will verify your request and process it in accordance with applicable law. We will confirm the outcome where appropriate.
